Before you call

Pre-orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance. Smoker capacity is limited, so call directly to confirm quantities and arrange morning pickup, hot and ready to serve.

Have your pickup date, preferred meats and side quantities ready. The menu lists whole meats, brisket by the pound, cornbread by the dozen, and side bowls marked to serve 8–10. Confirm your final order and pickup details with the catering team.
